Serious question here, what is the major malfucntion with the DC5 chasis? To stiff? Lets talk facts...for every 5 dc's in trini 4 of them crash :?:

or are all incidents related to driver error?

hope all involved in crash make it out alive and recover...cars can be replaced

99 DC5s left on the road, 99 DC5s,

98, DC5s left on the road...

its all driver error
they either dont know how to handle the car or when NOT to drive fast

same can be said for the S2000 how many S2000 owners can truthfully say they havent either run off the road or spun out on the highway
especially in wet conditions

migrating from a front wheel drive to the s2000's rear wheel drive takes some time to understand the behavior of the car

i can guarantee most s2000 owners will never admit to it
but the request for parts and the type of parts shows that they have

I wouldn't say ALL could be driver error.........tyres blow out, and as someone mentioned, you can be driving along at 80kph and someone can misjudge and clip you....but the DC5 is one of the best handling cars around, as indicated by all major magazine tests. Same for the S2000. What happens with cars like these is their limits are very high, which means you tend to be traveling much faster when you cross the line........plus cars like these give drivers more confidence.....ppl forget how much these new cars drive themselves and keep themselves under control......
