Test wins for WI rare
Away Test wins even rarer
Good win under the belt there.

Brathwaite is now the first opener to be unbeaten in both innings of a Test...amazing!

Aussies dominating SA in first Test

Pakistan was the #1 Test team up till recently though and basically have the UAE as a fortress. England is a mid table side playing away from home with a transitional team....who the heck is Zaffar Ansari and Ben Duckett??

Darren Bravo, Carlos Braithwaite and Samuels declined WI retainer contracts yesterday. Today I see Newsday has an article where Bravo says it was a C (lowest grade) contract he was offered. The best batsman on the team offered a C which was offered to Warrican and 19yr old Alzarri Joseph?? The difference between an A and C contract is US$50,000 though.

WICB really tries their hardest to mash and then grind to dust everything.

WICB is a vindictive bunch. Has to be they lowballed Darren Bravo to punish him for all the sheit his dotish brother Dwayne Bravo does talk about the WICB.
And then they wonder why players choose T20 franchises over playing for WI.

Is Daren sufficiently in demand for T20 leagues though? I haven't seen his name called too much in franchise cricket. Maybe its a matter that he never offered himself as opposed to them not buying him.

He has charisma and has projects positive energy in teams. He is also a successful captain and helps with captaincy . Is that enough to be bought though? idk because he doesn't do too much with the bat and ball. According to his instagram he's heading to the BPL? I think

sorry for any new west indies players
they must have to sign a contract allowing the wicb full ownership of them from now and forever
even if they not playing

only solution is ALL players take a stand

So ill bravo got a warning to take down his Twitter post or else....
He got dropped from the team and is being sent back home.
Jason mohammr has been called up as his replacement
I am glad that Jason got a call up but sorry that bravo has to go
Thing is though this might be the last of bravo s on the west Indies team
u all are saying that he should go India and make some $ in t20.....but he is clearly not a t20 player... Don't think he would be considered for the ipl

Caricom is a talk shop, they only get togther to have fancy lunch and ting.

The T20 player pool worldwide is saturated.

It's the same players being used in the various leagues around the world with the exception that the hosting league/country gets to put extra filler players in the teams.

WI have many of the top T20 commercial players but they were brought to fore years ago in early ipl days.
When last has there been a new WI T20 player in IPL etc ?
