doesn't iCloud backup game data?

I believe so but like it adding other things as well. I went into the settings and selected the specific game data I wanted to back up and deleted the ones I didn't yet still the file size for the back up keeps increasing.

So I don't want any old files on the fresh set up.

I hav the same problem with calls not coming tru to my 4s!

As with the battery I have to charge my ph everyday sometimes twice!

I've had numerous ppl tell me that they were trying to call me and never got through, saying that I just ignoring their calls, but my phone didn't ring. Full reception but still no calls came through. My GF even said she gets mad trying to call me because I let it ring about 4-5 times before I answer but on my end it only rings once

I'm thinking about restoring and setting up my device as 'New' ... but i don't want to lose my game data

Same here for the last 2 weeks
Im doing a restore on the wifes phone -Im not updating mine with 5.01 until I figure hers out

When I was on 5.0.1 I had the same complaints from people that they were trying to call but I never got anything, full reception everything. As far as I know the issue is gone in 5.1 but if it isn't it's the most annoying iOS bug I've ever come across.

i dont trust that with anything yet my backups keep getting to almost a gig and God alone knows what its backing up...

Yes you should. A tuner posted the difference in them a while back. Check through the thread.

Im updating itunes in order to restore the firmware on her phone

Ive updated itunes,my OS on the mac and restarted the comp

What else can I try?

when you update your 4S to 5.1, the option to disable 3G is now available,
so make sure to do it to save battery life

Just did some testing and as far as it shows...my email accounts, 2 exchange accounts (gmail & hotmail) and an iCloud account seemed to be doing away with my battery...idk which it is but now I have no contacts on my phone as all were from gmail -.- So for anyone who has significant battery drain, this is worth a try.

I think the dropped calls are carrier related - alot of devices are dropping calls over the past week or so. It's happening to Samsung, HTC, Nokia even Blu phones

Well funny story.
We are on a corporate account and had several ex employees that refused to give back their phones.
Some how her number ended up on the list and was cut.

Ding dong here apparently signed the letter.

So....I've done the manly thing....
Kept the phone at the office till they switch the facker back on.

And my story is that I restored the software based on Parvins advice.
I've updated my phone now that the problem is solved and it's cool.
Unless she on tuner........

I've had my iPhone 4 since 2010 and have had no problems other than battery drain with heavy use. And I don't use my phone with a case, so the issue of the antenna is moot IMO.

I get nothing from FB app unless I manually check. Some other apps are starting to show the same results.
