If you read between the lines, Joe's words were carefully chosen to call on the Russian people to act.
If by some mysterious unforeseen circumstances Putin drops like a fly (**cough**CIAdarkop**cough**), it will be blamed on internal action from behind the old rusty curtain.

And if you think that's unrealistic, look at their track record (of what we know)

Exactly.

It was a NATO witch hunt.
The Special Military Operation was rigged.
Many people are saying that Russia won.

In the US recently...
Gas prices have reached $7.34 per gallon in some places, and are projected to continue to climb.

Where? The airport? Maybe in Las Vegas where you get a free car wash and a handjob with a fill-up.

--------

Gasoline prices are hitting $6 in some parts of the country and summer driving season isn't here yet

PUBLISHED THU, MAR 24 2022 1:11 PM EDT

KEY POINTS
Gasoline prices have been fluctuating but could continue to spurt higher, sending prices above $5 and $6 per gallon in more parts of the U.S. as summer driving season approaches.

The national average is $4.23 per gallon of unleaded, about 10 cents per gallon below the recent record high, according to AAA.

Drivers watching gas prices rise and fall at their local stations are seeing first hand the impact of Russia's invasion of Ukraine on the highly volatile global oil market.

Reality is Russia has nukes, nuclear subs and a lot fo weaponry. They screwed up in Ukraine by underestimating them and not preparing logistics properly, this gave NATO time to build up Ukraine's defense.

However, they are still not to be underestimated. If they get things right and China helps with the sanctions they could build up a decent sized force within a year.

Don't forget Russia has a very capable military complex, and still has a lot of foreign reserves (despite more half being sanctioned, that was pretty stupid of them).

The length of this war invalidating the benefits of winning it.

The longer it goes on the more damage it doing to Russia military reputation.

They not bad

I think that a lot of people is looking at this as a failure for Russia, "the invasion is stalled", "they are driven back by the Ukrainians" but the magnitude of destruction is unbelievable. I think that Putin is holding his cards close to his chest. He is not making idle threats but carrying out his plan to take hold of the Donbass, Crimea and Odessa areas everything else will be collateral damage. Also, I believe his plan is to blockade the Black and Asov seas closing off the Ukrainian maritime regions. That's the first phase...he is in no rush to negotiated a settlement. Losses are expected in any war and the Russians are slow walking into a long game many arm chair and keyboard warriors are of the opinion that Russia is losing this war and Ukraine will win because of the support of the West/Nato. The West/Nato is claiming that Putin is suffering heavy losses which maybe the premonitory sign to a false flag bio./chem attack to justify getting involved in the war There will be no winners in this war only people suffering... close to 4 million refugees.

Vlad really poison his blue eyed boy???
Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich suffered symptoms of suspected poisoning at talks in Kyiv earlier this month, sources close to him say.

The Chelsea FC owner - who has now recovered - reportedly suffered sore eyes and skin peeling.

Two Ukrainian peace negotiators were also said to have been affected.

The Wall Street Journal reported claims the alleged poisoning was orchestrated by hardliners in Russia who wanted to sabotage the talks

Heartening signs maybe
Russia says it will cut back military operations near Kyiv during peace talks
Russian and Ukrainian delegations met face-to-face for the first time in weeks on Tuesday in Istanbul, Turkey, to discuss a possible cease-fire. In a sign of progress, Russia’s military said that it would cut back operations near Ukraine’s capital and the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv. As talks got underway, Russian forces continued their attacks — hitting an oil depot in western Ukraine and demolishing a government building in the south that killed several individuals, according to The Associated Press.

Its not conflicting..Russia will pull back from areas such as Kyiv and focus military efforts in the Donbass region, which in any case has been a war zone between Russia and Ukraine since 2014.
The DNR and LPR (Donetsk and Luhansk) are essentially Russian proxies.

The only two serious mistakes the Ukrainian people ever made was
1- to disarm themselves. Vladimir woulda think twice if they had held onto their nuclear arsenal.
2- playing the role of submissive when Putin step to them trying to run a country that don't belong to him.

If those two things were handled differently way backwhen, this situation in Ukraine today would not be happening.

Ukraine signed the Lisbon Protocol and joined the non-prefoliation treaty, at that time they had the third largest stockpile of nuclear weapons with no triggers or controls so they was useless. Russia controlled the codes to operate them and Ukraine had really no choice but to give back their stockpile of Nuclear weapons. However, the Budapest Agreement signed by the UK, US of A and Russian gave them some ambiguous assurances of respecting the borders of Ukraine and to refrain from the use of force but little or no real protection as independent state.

Zelensky made the gravest mistake by taking the advice the West/NATO expecting them to step up and offer Ukraine protection. The West/NATO were stopped in their tracks when Putin put his Nuclear Arsenal on alert.
