Here's an explanation:
Those pool home test kits with Universal Indicator solution are not quite accurate, and a simple litmus paper test could tell if it was acidic. UI solutions are a mixture of different chemicals that can detect pH at a range of values, so it could be a mix of something like Bromocresol green+methyl orange, etc. You can clearly see that 5 drops is way past the titration point of equivalence and the solution turns red because the UI was acidic! And the Wasa water turned green because it was alkaline and took so much to reach neutralization point. To measure pH of drinking water accurately, one should do an actual titration in a lab, or use a calibrated electronic pH meter at least.
She is probably going to be be hearing from lawyers from Blue Waters and Coca Cola for Dasani if they have a problem the claims that this "chemist" is making.

WTF lol

Yeah I found it very hard to believe that Coca Cola would be producing anything near as bad as what she tested. This video at nearly 120k views already, imagine that.....
The type of responses on the video also seem to indicate majority of people believe her. I suspected bias also when she started to talk about the landfill and carbon foot print she sounds like an environmentalist or those green peace type of people. (I don't disagree with her on that part though because we have a serious plastic waste problem in this country) Trinis don't like to put trash in a bin much less recycle those plastic bottles.
Coca Cola and Blue Waters are not going to be pleased with this.

I'm assuming the bottled water doesn't have that issue i.e., we don't obtain this water from pipes. The acidity of the blood is maintained at a constant pH (regardless of what you eat or drink) through a process called compensation. If the body had to depend on YOU maintaining its pH, we'd all be dead... soooo... no issue here... It may have been MORE interesting (if she had the skill/resources) for her to culture the water and see what (if any) organisms grow... if not... as I said... no issue
