Dr. Roodilal Moonilal - Minister of Housing - HDC contracts awarded to contractors who did not even submit a priced bill of quantities, but yet a contract amount was agreed upon. Gave his outside woman who has a child for him an HDC house above other bonafide applicants.

Dr. Suruj Rambachan - Minister of Works - Imbecile and hypocrite of the greatest proportions. Claims to know about construction and construction prices, yet is totally clueless about the field.

Kamala Persad-Bissessar - Prominent HDC contractor sends his daughter up to Miami to make "contributions" to Kamala's "charity" bank of choice. See HDC contractor under Dr. Roodilal Moonilal.

Anand Ramlogan - Claimed while drunk that he has $400M to launder.

Bridges Reconstruction Programme (Phase 1) - Let them investigate the actual reason why the contracts have not been awarded as yet. Tender evaluations have been completed and preferred contractors selected to give the Government the lowest overall cost on the programme. Why is the Minister stalling the award of the contracts?
