Good to see Chanders in the squad. We need that stabilizing influence. Don't think that will be enough though.

D.M. Bravo...*shakes head*...they better put he as the 12th man oui.

Indies must survive the morning session without any major collapse before I can feel they have come with some resolve.
I maintain that someone has to spend time working on Bharat's concentration and unwillingness to give away his wicket. This batsman like young Bravo have a lot to manifest and the clock is ticking.
I continue to be vexed by the quality of the tele-transmission and can't understand why 'this ent fixed yet'.

WRT Barath I agree. When he gets those bouncers it's like his brain shuts off and he swipes on reflex.

Sadly I believe that is a consequence of batting (and excelling) in the shorter forms of the game, especially 20/20.

sad to see that for a right handed opener, you can't score a run on the offside, why?

I understand it's a tactic yes,but as a opener, you would strive to beat the field with a few cover drives, not so?

Rain and bad light really killing we momentum in this match. Would've been nice to take the new ball for a few overs this evening and then come back tmrw morning with it still relatively new.
We'll need to bowl them out fairly early tmrw if we want to force a result.

Or the W.I. could squander a strong position and lose. It wouldn't be the first time... :)

Yeah, well he didn't get any wickets in Sunday's game so that may have had something to do with it.

this morning i was telling someone this
that a brilliant tactical move will be to try and get about 50-60runs from the total, declare
and try to bowl WI for under a 150 by the end of today or early tmr....
and with about 200-225 to get to win the game...im sure they can do it..

so said so done

WI the only team can go from a position of dominance to a position of submission so quickly. The two openers gone 1 one over.
