yeah- summer is here and covid is raging in the US so that puts any hope that it would have gone away in summer to rest
on surfaces it may cause it to die faster if exposed to the sun & heat- but not the human body

^ it's only a matter of time till we get double digit covid cases a day... the spread of covid may in fact worsen post august 10th due to high congregating... look at what happened in the us for example when people came out and assembled in droves

Putting a random post into infographic form does not make it true, but it does make it more credible for the vast majority of people.

That said, that infographic is garbage. Being outside in the sun is a far, far safer scenario than being inside in confined space with a AC unit/recirculated air.

I'm not sure where you're going with this but a hair dryer can be used to kill viruses.

SARS-CoV-2 is killed at temperatures above 130°F for 20 minutes or 150°F for 5 minutes.

Many hair dryers reach 150°F to 195°F. Home clothes dryers reach 130°F, some commercial clothes dryers reach more than 150°F to sanitize clothes.

So given that a prisons officers has tested positive, what exactly are the health procedures to be followed if a prisoner tests positive (assuming they have access to testing)? Mandatory solitary confinement for 14 days?

142 to 182 in a week...

If this trend continues, we hitting 200 this week.

Elections might have to postpone and phase reversal.

what we've learn so far is that it is rare to get COVID19 from surfaces (fomites). (thelancet.com)

You generally get coronavirus from interacting with other people, not from clothes etc. If you just leave the clothes or mask overnight, you're pretty certain not to get COVID from it.

The infographic is saying that the type of ultraviolet rays that is used for disinfection (UVc) doesn't even make it through the atmosphere.

95% UVa 5% UVb 0% UVc at the Earth's surface -- basic earth science.

all the uv treated things that supposed to last and last in sunlight, does last... in america and uk and china. in trinidad, all them ting doe dry rot like saw dust.

even if not much UVc, the hot and dry conditions we had for the dry season, made outside open air very very detrimental for microbial propagation.

Hello killercrow,

Thats exactly it.

8 dead is of no concern to anyone.

Multiple cases a day and no deaths is of no concern to anyone.

so even though only SEA & CSEC students out we getting so many cases in schools- when schools reopens for the rest of students covid go play mas  , unless we lockdown right up until then!

the scheduling of classes they doing not going to work- what happens , BEFORE CLASS, RECESS, LUNCHTIME and AFTER SCHOOL? they expect children not to congregate?

if you doh have health insurance now is d time to get it- because when you get covid, even if you survive you could have lasting lung, heart or other organ problems!
