Speaking at a symposium on road traffic congestion today, he says it simply will not work and the government should instead improve existing transportation models.

That whole page looks like a Form 3 group project assignment that some social studies or whatever they teach now teacher tell the class to do to learn to use a graphics program. Nothing about it can possibly be serious at all from the distance time calculations to the money and projection date to the fake Facebook page to represent a company for some assignment marks.
