Quickest thing is steamed broccoli and tilapia filet. Literally 10 minutes to thaw/frill fish and steam broccoli

^^Same thing with beef or chicken breast. I do that everyday with broccoli and spinach.
Longest thing is to boil sweet potatoes.

had some oats with cocoa, raspberry, nuts, oats & granola mixed from p/mart and a portion of bbq pork (meat only, no rubbery fat) this mrning... mhmmmmm the good stuff! i doh like cooking btw....it doh taste how i want it to :S

i use to do that but i didn't like the gooey-ness and taste became cumbersome after a while + i got the shitznitz right after...
but u see that dark cocoa/nuts/raspberry/.oats/granola medley from pricesmart, once u pour a lil 1/2 cup into your oats, it eh want nothing else. tastes gr8 jusso with a lil cinnamon powder! i waz like :o, where hav u been all my life? n i gotz no shitznitz after!!!

thats not a whole lot considering serving size is a 1/3 cup, you get more than twice that in one banana :lol:

lol i cud mash eeh that whole bag if i man hungry but u see, thats where the oats come in, 1/2 cups oats + 1/2 cup granola + dash of cinnamon powder = the good stuff. sometimes i throw in a banana / blueberries etc to spruce it up... been a while since i had eggs...2 mths to be exact

for the past 4 days I was 181lbs, got up this morning and weighed in at 180.5
Just about right, 1/2lb in 4 days, 1lb in 7. Nice slow progression with minimal muscle loss, Weight loss you're doing it rite :)

had an awesome breakfast to:

whey, milk, peanut butter, cottage cheese, captain crunch cereal and 2 chocolate brownies soaked in warm milk. Still in a deficit, still on poverty cals. #IIFYM

Also, those instant oats have a lot of sugars as well. Try some old fashioned instead, just add boiling water to it and yuh orn!

What are your workout plans looking like these days?
I'm doing a lot of basic exercises in a superset 3x8 routine, with about 6 different exercises a day, 5 times a week.

Right now I'm doing a 6 day split until I get back in a groove, then I'll return to a 3-4 day split.

Current workout schedule. Revised macros: 191/191/54.
Current LBM: 155lbs, current weight: ~185lbs
Goal LBM: 160lbs, goal weight: ~178-180lbs.

I'm open to suggestions to get me there...
