It's like 9 Breasts to a pack, I wasn't impressed with the selection they had last time I was there doh, the meat was kinda just chilled not really frozen.


Yea boneless/skinless.


Btw what you guys paying for canned tuna average?

trac was the man who told me about them last year. Ive never seen anyone beat them on price for poundage yet but they does sell out fast.

Protein: 10g


Tastes the same as other brands IMO.

just a quick update, cost price increased their price by a whopping $16!
if you go sometime soon you would see the old price of $43.99 scratched out with a pen a a new price of $59.99 written on it.

Guys, also look into other types of meat such as beef and fish. Beef clod is cheap (and I like the taste) and you can get tilapia filets for those into fish. I also buy pork, but it's hard for me to cook that right for some reason.

That was the only reason i was goin by them...now this? Somebody tell mih who have the next best price nah, even if it a few dollars more than cost price...ah bad mind./rant

I hear a talk that those cost price ones were cheap because sidelined from a school feeding program caterer who supposed to get chicken imported taxless

is probably our fault

one of cost price managers must be using this thread and see how much I paying vs how much You paying.

and decide to raise the price

varshas gone up to $170
I used to pay $163.I blame the varshas price hike solely on ABA

went in cost price today for the first time since hearing the price raised to look for the chicken. Not only did the price raise by $20 per pack, but the volume of chicken breasts is almost halved...wtff.

i wanted to buy a pack still as i had no chicken breasts home but i jus couldnt bring myself to support that sheit.

aye if any ah allyuh in south, u must give FUE CHE, La piques plaza, san fernando a try! great grill food place and very very cost friendly. 2 chicken breast and 1 1/2 grilled potatoes = $25! i was like wtf... *bought another portion for evening 1 time*

cottage cheese 1/2 cup + milk 150ml+ whey powder 1 scoop + oats 1/2 cup all blended up.
Taste awesome and very fulling.
