That white Almera had a divine presence with them.
It wasn’t their time yet.

Who in the wrong? The car man should have stayed leftmost if you looking to exit on your left... cant start your turn to exit from the rightmost lane nah man... same time... bike man cant look to overtake on his left... hopefully both parties survive this incident

insurance would say car did not exercise due care when making that right turn (didn't look in side mirror to make sure nothing coming towards them before turning)

Yh i feel car man will get the brunt of the costs (legal and otherwise) for this accident... and he look for it honestly... again u cant be looking to exit from your left from the rightmost lane... if you miss the turn just travel down further and better align yourself for the next exit... the only person i feel sorry for is the bike man... that impact was hard... i fed up see men on the main road etc doing that bull s8... exiting side streets with no care about oncoming traffic... and trying to go intona side street from the leftmost lane... i hope they throw the book at him

Car man was on the correct side of the road though and making a turn. This is heading toward the highway on the macoya stretch. Bike man attempted to overtake the car as he began turning.

To me it looked like he was going between 50 and 60 (idk what the speed limit for that area is)... but if he was over... insurance may not cover him... as his medical bills may be serious as well... he in the police though... so he might have one or 2 links to pull to gt... intimidate the other driver... insurance adjustor... etc... bullying... what the police do best

The driver of the car made a right hand turn from the left-side curb instead of pulling to the right side of the lane.

I could not see that the car driver had clearly indicated his intent to turn or pull into traffic by lamp or hand signal.

The motorcycle rider appeared to be traveling at excessive speed.
