But who tests these fire extinguishers to make sure they working? Aren't they supposed to be tested annually?

Fire extinguishers are supposed to be used when the fire is in the incipient stage (smouldering/just starting to catch)...

Using it on a fire that is already ignited and burning will only give a false sense of security/action and put yourself at greater risk.

Additionally, you would be suprised at just how quickly a fire extinguisher will discharge to empty.

Yesterday morning... friend of mine heading north by caroni there yesterday morning a lil after 5am and an idiot driving south on the north bound lane on d HIGHWAY...as she merge into the right lane..highbeam heading straight to her so she pull left...vehicle flip she end up in d swampy mangy water...only start to drive this year eh......

Short while ago. Was a Lancer. M1 Ring Rd, Ste Madeline side. Driver dead (33yo Rio Claro man). Front seat passenger injured. Was returning from a boat ride.
