Seems Lego is well aware of the problem and has been shipping out the missing bag to customers who report it in. Thing is the bag has to come from Denmark and takes about 2 weeks to reach the US. :(

Check the tape seals on your box. If it says "39R1", you missing parts. If not you should be safe.
