Whilst all this T20 cricket has been going on since the year started its refreshing to see a Test match going on....England Sri Lanka.
The English have done quite well making 298 having been 83-5 at one stage and then moving from 224-6 to 233-8.

Cook at 31 years old is 20 runs away from 10,000 test runs.

Sri Lanka has been producing some okish cricketers given their own internal turmoils with their board.
Pretty hard for any side to replace one world class cricketer however to have lost 3 in a few years (Mahela, Sanga and Murali) was a big strain on the side.

This test series has started off competitively ..lets see if it remains that way.

Still feel like sanga had a lot more gas in the tank, he could've been a brian close.

RCB for the title yes...Kohli deserves as much for carrying that team for the entire tournament.

Wonder what will become of the team though seeing that their owner is in hiding somewhere in London as he is owing Indian creditors tens of millions of dollars for his failed airline. The Indian Government has already seized his US$75m payout from Diageo when he sold them United Breweries.

Also the CPL announced he has purchased the Barbados Tridents. They were already in trouble as their Government was not giving the CPL what they wanted..would be a shame if the supposed purchase was a sham.

RCB shows why they are so dangerous....you have to get all three big bats[Gayle, Kohli, ABD] early to have a chance. Just one of them batting for any significant time will wreck you.

Kinna hard that Sunrisers played today, have to play Friday and then again on Sunday in the final if they make it that far. Guess thats why you try and come 1 or 2 in the league stages.

Saw BBC had an article today for Guyanas 50th anniversary. They included an all itime Guyanese cricket 11. What you all think an all time trini 11 would look like? A balanced one with 4 bowlers.........mine
Roach
Carew
Gomes
Logie
Lara
Stollmeyer
Bishop
Gray
Ramadhin
Constantine
Williams
