You got any problems with yours? Anything I should look for when buying?
The battery life ain't spectacular but it should get you through the day. And mine tends to get a little warmer than it should. Don't know if any other users experience the overheating but the battery thing is pretty typical. Other than that it's a pretty awesome phone.

I would suggest the 16gb version. But if you use cloud services or have another phone/tablet/media device with more storage for your media needs 8gb should suffice.

Oh, and get a case for that sheit. I've seen some disturbing photos of what can happen to the screen/back glass from an average height fall. I know you don't plan on dropping it but sometimes it happens... *knock on wood*

And if you're on Google+ look for and join the Trinidad&Tobago Android Users community.

Just sent request to join.

Guy with the case, I haven't looked around at cases yet. Still reading reviews and stuff on some.

Meanwhile I looking for screen protectors. The zagg is nice but takes away from the smooth screen feel. Any suggestions?

Awaiting 4.3 on this end too, rumors of better battery life *fingers crossed *

I was just about to put you on to this guy. I know this tuner personally and he is an honest guy who only deals with authentic Spigen stuff, not the chinese knockoffs. He was telling me just yesterday about the nexus 4 stuff that he has on the way, didn't know he already posted it in a thread.

Anyway, wrt to your choices for a case it depends on your need/preference. You can go for max protection and add some bulk or go minimalistic and sacrifice some protection. We had this discussion at length a few pages back. Personally I have a Ringke Slim case on my nexus 4 in matte black and I am considering getting a Spigen from johnnyboi. Sucks that he only has the tangerine tango and not the black.

As for the screen protector... I never took off my factory plastic but I've already put in my order for the Spigen/Steinheil Ultra Crystal as advertised in the quoted thread. I would recommend it based on the research I've done but you need not take my word for it; do your homework before spending your money as there are many other options.
Let us know what you decide and I hope my lengthy post was helpful. Happy hunting!

I dont think we have to say it, its pretty much understood that we getting the nexus 7

The ringke slim case wont happen to be this:

http://www.amazon.com/cell-phones-acces ... B00A81H176

Its this one self I was looking at, how does it feel? I prefer something that has a soft rubbery feel.

Is the ballistic case this one:

http://www.amazon.com/Ballistic-SG1098- ... xus+4+case

The rearth is nice but it dosent cover the buttons.

Anyone finds the stock audio player doesn't play the music properly? Compared to something like poweramp or another player.

I searched, but couldn't quite find the information that I was looking for. (it may be that I overlooked it.)

I picked up an S3 from bMobile and would like to unlock it. I've read about some unlocks that can be done without rooting the phone. (e.g. http://www.phonearena.com/news/How-to-u ... qd_id37417)

I've downgraded the firmware to 4.1.1 (Trinidad spec from sammobile) but I'm not seeing the option to unlock the phone. The menu described is different. Has anyone successfully got this unlock method to work? And if so, what firmware did you use to have the option available?

it maybe worth it to try an get an official unlock code. I usually use http://cellunlocker.net/. It costs about $200 usually worth it

Have you tried putting in a digicel sim card? Most if not all phones from bmobile are already unlocked.

It's true, I am absolutely certain that your phone is unlocked as bmobile phones are not locked except for the iphones and blackberries.

1uhh.. sully, check and see if the phone unlocked eh. also, try using a newer sim card. A friend a mine tried the older types and for some reason it didn't work in her note. My digicel sim worked fine. Once you don't see a prompt to enter an unlock code when you try it with a digicel sim, chances are it is unlocked.

Thanks for the info. Now comes the troublesome part of finding a Digicel SIM.

On another note, I don't mind digging up to find out how to flash firmware. It's not that difficult, and knowledge is power.

To unlock any galaxy its simply copy and pasting a code string from a hex editor.

That's all i'll say, i'll leave the rest of the fun up to you

Edit: Phone must be rooted btw.
