i does only buy kfc by munroe road and no where else. plus i does trow away the skin an just eat the meat that actually has some flavor unlike the rest where the skin has all the seasoning and flavor. anyway i havent buy kfc for the year yet and dont see i buying it anytime soon.

For those who asking about why there aren't places that sell salads im sure if they existed by the time a Trini take extras and put salad dressing you looking at a close to 1000 calorie meal full of sugars.

So you getting the good healthy stuff by them, enough for the whole day, but by the time you walk out is like $100

Many gyro places that sell box fries and meat will also sell salad. Just ask them for a salad and the meat in a box. Some pepper and the green sauce and we good. The salad can be basic lettuce onion tomato, or the Arabic salad tossed with olive oil and some seasoning. That option is completely low carb. I know for sure than a few places I tried in Curepe does it.

kfc is the one who does advertise the most. so dem have front of mind bought and paid for

popeyes chicken more expensive than all by far but their chicken is oily garbage
mcdonalds is consistently the best but also very expensive. the bmw of chicken

popeye cajun flavor over power the chicken
churches chicken too stiff unless it hot
Royal Castle lose its flavor since seasoning gone up and the pepper sour. the chicken take like fry flour.
KFC is the best tasting but not worth the money
just count your blessing and eat what you want a few times a year and eat fast food less and less
