Well one day I just decided to check it out on YouTube and you would be amazed how many videos there are and how easy it is to do! Hardest part was getting the pork belly.

had it the other day...brother was working on an job and brought back some for me to try...i believe it was shrimp or crab he used tho...i think thats what he told me...tasted bess tho

I tried making it just out of curiosity. One of those things that's better to buy cause it real technical those chicks at sushi express make it right in front of you so i thought i'd give it a shot

First time I'd always suggest go with someone who eats it regularly, they would know what to recommend.

It's easy particularly the traditional version, nigiri. The single most important ingredient and prep is the rice and vinegaring. They use a short grain rice that's sticky sweet and firm. All else is secondary, once you get the rice down you're 90% there.

Nah, jasmine rice is an aromatic thai variety. The industry standard is kokuho and California rose rice. The traditional is Koshihikari.

I saw d sushi rice in super quality store in trinity but its a large bag probably 8 or 10 lbs for 100.00... and u can get the skins and basic kit on amazon for cheap.....that gourmet store has sushi grade tuna as well

first attempt at making an endgrain cutting board out of hardwood,
came out pretty good but lil too small.

Second attempt will be with purple heart.

spelt flour, quinoa, flax seed chia see mix, a little sea salt and water, need into dough and roll it out using rolling pin and then throw on tawa.
