you have a link/source regards to Canada/UK exposing bobol ?

maybe i joining dots where i shouldn;t be joining.

but i find some of the usual suspects

the pnm propagandists on radio and social media - seem to have a real deep interest in guyana election this rounds. :?

i find it strange that pnm trinis - even some people who does claim to be a-political ( but is really pnm ) was keeping on top of guyana election

and was getting on bitter bitter when it look like the party they was backing was losing. I would have swear that it was trini elections going on :?:

i just found that kind of strange.

Noticed it also. Zoom put it bluntly as usual but i'll explain further.

In terms of race and voting in elections (Afro vs Indo), Guyana is the best comparison we have altho their race relations are much more volatile. The Caribbean islands in general don't trust Indos but since they are a minority or non-existent in most islands, it's not a topic that comes up so we usually stick to out closest comparison and neighbor - Guyana.

The Afro-Guyanese believe that an Indo-Guyanese Charandas Persaud took down their "Black" government - the Partnership for National Unity+ Alliance For Change (APNU+AFC) coalition. On the opposition is the Indo dominated Peoples Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C). Stakes are high as you have the prized oil windfall between them.

If the Afro-Party wins in Guyana, PNMites here will be in their glee and push the narrative that the Afro-guyanese stopped the greedy Indo-guyanese from getting the oil money and that pnmites here in T&T should stand against the greedy thiefing indo dominated UNC in our upcoming elections. If the Indo-Party wins, UNC would be in their glee and celebrate PPP/C leader Bharatt Jagdeo while pnm radio will be much more muted yet still push the underlying narrative that the indo-guyanses going and teef all the money and leave Guyana poor like Kamla allegedly did here in Trini.

The point is no black ppl want tobe ruled by a non black goverment especially Indos as they are considered weaker, docile and inferior.

As you said up the islands indos don't matter and they are in very small numbers. Plus the Indos on the other islands are lost souls and don't have clue about their heritage. The more racist a black goverment is more the other races will cling to their culture and heritage.

ZR so what stopping indos from guyana and trinidad from leaving guyana and trinidad if they soo disenfranchised?

Why don't they move back to India?

Why the migration to the UK, Canada and USA and not India.

Ent Indos proud of their heritage? What other races you talking abt cling to their heritage?

Plenty UNC politicians in Guyana at the moment. Wonder why the interest in Guyana all of a sudden?

Patrick Manning's son to enter politics: Eyes dad's old seat

The San Fernando East seat could once again be represented by a Manning.

Brian Manning, the son of late prime minister Patrick Manning, will send a letter of consent to the constituency executive secretariat to be nominated for the seat.

The San Fernando East seat was held by Patrick Manning from 1971 to 2015, making him the longest-serving parliamentarian. He passed away in 2016 just days after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.

The seat is currently held by Randall Mitchell, who will also be seeking nomination.

Manning, in his consent letter, said the decision to give consent to be nominated was taken after careful consideration with his family.

He further stated that he felt that it was time to give back to the community of San Fernando East, which he credited for learning the value of courage, resilience, and wisdom.

“After careful consideration with my family, I hereby give consent to be nominated as a candidate to serve the people of San Fernando East in the next General Election. I look forward to earning the support of constituency stakeholders, party executives and the people of San Fernando East.”

Manning added that he stands ready to serve the people of the constituency his father represented for over 40 years.

“I remain sensitive to the needs of the people of San Fernando East, who have been my extended family my entire life. I pledge to do all in my power to provide the exemplary quality of life and representation they deserve.”

According to his letter, Manning has experience in the fields of economics, finance, and data science and has ties in the business community, having worked with local and international institutions.

His LinkedIn lists his current employment as Senior Equity Analyst at Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland since May 2016.

There have been several upgrades to infrastructure within the San Fernando East community over the past five years of Mitchell’s tenure, including the Cocoyea Swimming Facility, the Pleasantville Community Centre and the Tarodale Community Centre. Mitchell currently serves as the Minister of Tourism.

The deadline for submissions for nominees is March 30.

Remember how Tantie Kams did blank Mikela as (it was alleged) she would letting a potential challenger to her leadership into the fold? Similarly it would be kinda foolish for Sh!tkickers to allow Brian to run...given how he destroyed his father an' all.

BTW, Brian wasn't the one who got a few million dollars to start up some phantom basketball league that never saw the light of day?...:?

Trinidad is only PNM country when the EBC changes the boundaries where the Non PNM population has increased to offset the PNM vote

Yep it was done in

Couva
Courent
Tourba
Parts of San Do west
Princess Town
Golconda

Basically anywhere decent non PNM folk live.

All these HCD houses are given to PNM getto folk who are not cultured to fit into these decent law abiding communities.

East Grove and Valsayn North are both St Joseph . The SMR is the western boundary north of the CRH for St Augustine. With the impending completion of the Champ Fleur HDC project St Joseph may move into safe seat territory

Have to agree with zoom. The sad reality it the majority of the population is too stupid to understand how a government functions and the requirements to allow for sustainable development of this country.

The problem is PNM brings in getto folk who are not cultured to fit into decent societies and can understand other people's culture and upbringing.
