At what time they recommend to change/maintain airbags?

If the computer system states that there is an error in the airbags, then change it. Got an SRS error on my vehicle and when i checked, the circuit in my steering wheel airbag was "open" due to some rust on the circuit board meaning if i got into an accident, it would not have deployed.

It have recalls on Takata airbags now. If your vehicle is part of that recall, take advantage of it to get some new ones even if your vehicle is local or used.

Put one under a chair seat and give i a 12v when somebody sit down Most fun you would get.

It's not something that can be maintained. If you get a fault, scan it and remedy the fault.

May be wrong but it looks like the downhill section of Lady Young Rd, heading east right after the lookout.

Many years ago I was very upset behind a car that was driving extremely slowly. My wife discouraged me from overtaking when I got an opening and shortly after saying that, there was a minor landslip on our right, which startled the slow driver ahead and the person in the oncoming lane. Both swerved into each other.

Not playing CSI but the land next to the guy standing next to PDT indicates land movement.

So glad i don't take that route anymore.
