The minister is responsible for setting policy and resourcing the agency.

Under PNM,no ministers are accountable for anything that falls under their purview.All responsibility rests on a person named Kyamalah.
Interesting times we live in.
PNM supporters were quick to call for the resignation and arrest of elected officials under previous governments under the sound reasoning of doing the right thing for the citizens.Holding people accountable is great, except when it applies to PNM, who's idiotic fanbase can even logic blaming a natural disaster such as flooding on the opposition party.
Also very interesting.

Jean Claude Escalante keeps writing that the GPA or whatever marking scheme that is used was reduced for him to pass. If this is true then it would explain that

He attended Trinity with me was in a lower form, not the brightest of the bunch , attention seeker ways never changed though
