It was the AC that was repaired recently by a quack. Like he use some red and black speaker wire to bridge something.

So what going to become of all the used BMWs after the rich people who were the original owners sell them to buy a new one? Sufferers need to pose a little too.

How in-depth does insurance go in a case like this to try and not pay out even if she has fire coverage . Also anyone knows a person who has actually been reimbursed by flood coverage ?

In this case it's third party. However insurance companies pay out as long as it's not deliberate on your part. They even pay if it's maliciously set by someone else. Flood claims are commonplace. Last year hundreds of claims were paid for the floods. This year it has started off slowly. Beacon had quite a lot last year, and they even paid two people whose coverage had expired. Just as goodwill.

Believe it or not house flood insurance is less than $300 to cover appliances furniture etc

And the companies did not blacklist flood prone areas even though they spoke of it

all dem insurance raise they insurance rate by $100 or so saying because they had to pay out so much for the flood in 2018. so is not the insurance that pay the flood victims is the rest ah d insurance customers. everybody i spoke said they third party went up by $100 or more. an some doh pay fire or theft. the insurance just like BONKS AND LORSE insurance in the 80's, is just to drive yuh car on d road.

Car A heading west from Carlsen Field, already into intersection
Van B decides to rush
Car A veers left because it's too late to slam brakes
Van B keeps advancing until he hits car A
Van B says car A is wrong and he try to squeeze him....
Damage to car A is front fender and door
Who wrong dey?

apparently it depends on if they are intelligent enough to comprehend the carlsen field road is the major road, and the ramp has a stop sign at the end of it because it is a minor road, and understand how those two work.

It’s odd that the van would hit the front of the car but anyway the insurance might want them both to be culpable and have to pay out less

Car B is culpable if proceeding from ramp.

Perpendiculars to flowing traffic at a T-junction or cross junction are supposed to yield. Complete stop and wait until clear or passage is given by the flowing traffic. Therefore, from the diagram, B is wrong since he was the perpendicular to the flowing traffic in the lane he wanted to enter. B could have also stopped again just before entering Lane A, even though he would have crossed the line already. There is no way he could have accelerated out of a dead stop from the South Ramp and claim that he could not stop to yield.

This is the same concept of a roundabout where perpendiculars have to yield and tangents can exit freely.

bases on your reply of said situation and your response - i can see how you have issues understanding simple problems on tuner - never mind a diagram was included with an arrow pointing in the direction of travel (for car a)

perhaps if car B was a UNC car and car A was a PNM car..... would that help your understanding of the concept of the diagram or what is being conveyed ???

Car coming from east to west that means he coming from inside Carlsen Field, so he is ah UNC. The Van coming southbound so he from town side so he is a PNM. The UNC man wrong .Ent?
