What is the reason for making batteries unremovable tho? Not complaining tho, i glad when people hadda come and pay money just to open their phone and remove the battery.

To put it simply, sealed battery compartment = less moving parts/design = thinner phones.

Will the Samsung store in Trinidad honor warranties on their battery like apple does? (Like any phone bought anywhere will have warranty and they will repair or replace the phone if it goes bad)

My mom battery gave out and they said they don't warranty battery.
My friends battery gave out in a 2 month old barely used tab 3 and no warranty on battery.

The thing is they would have gotten away with it cuz most people don't care considering how easy it is to get another battery off of Amazon.

However, now they won't get away with that. Nothing to do but wait and see.

That's what Samsung needs to focus on. If their phones cost the same as an iPhone then you should at least get the sames after sales support right?

My wife's 5s bought in Trinidad had a problem with the home button, was replaced for free at an apple store in Miami. My dad's 5s bought 9 months ago in Miami was randomly cutting off and took it to iWorld and they replaced the phone for free.

That support has me tempted to switch.

Is that same support given in Trinidad? But I agree with that especially if the phpne has a non removable battery now
