well by d time you watch two movies uh battery dead..

i want 3g/4g for regular apps, like whatsapp, facebook, twitter (social apps) maybe some browsing (google, trinituner etc) hopefully the package bmobile gives under 3g doesnt max out, i would still prefer if it were unlimited like EDGE...

The network upgrade will cost TT $500m
TSTT is partnering with Huawei for the upgrade
The upgrade programme will inlcude
A HSPA+ 4G network (SEP 2012 launch)
Wireless TV (JUN 2012 launch)
WIFI hotspots or bZones (JUL 2012 launch)

Everything launched on time in middle of the launch dates.

Here is another teaser

foil and a parabolic rice strainer or pan. put the modem at the focal point and point it in the direction of the tower. Or try cutting a beer can longitudinally and make it a parabolic shape and put the modem in the middle.

TSTT/bMobile 4G Released (?)

Postby DJ Q » September 26th, 2012, 8:20 am

Heard an ad on the radio this morning that they apologize for the recent inconveniences caused, but they're happy to bring you 4G, but not just 4G.

Checked my 9700 and saw it said "3G" with the blackberry logo next to it. Just as I was about to test, it switched back to EDGE and down to GSM and stuff.

Now I know my phone isn't 4G capable, so I'm wondering if anyone else is getting through?

was constantly switching between 3g and edge last week. had to put the phone network mode on "2g only" and not "2g and 3g" cuz it was killing my battery.

Ah ok...
Haven't listened to the radio in weeks and it played as I was in a Maxi this morning.

Thanks for the info.

BTW.. in the testing... will we be able to actually use the service when it's periodically online?
