Was out sat practicing for the tournament...tarpon bite wasnt too hot...got one about 220-240 and one bout 100...broke one rod on the 220...so we decided to do some sight fishing an went for some cavali...met the school an got a triple hookup on poppers...one was lost...bottom fish was not there at all...too much freshwater out there rite now and cu also be the weather...

will you be willing to share the info on the spot or area?

Tarpon were caught 1st and 2nd boca....cavalli in the 2nd...the fish around, just need to know where to look for dem at what time...

Went manzan to check wat going on dis morning, seaweed is not a problem just dried up ones on d shore and manzan water was real calm because there was zero wind.

Caught a nice 4lb pompano and a power apart from 2 stingrays.

I usually just hold their tail and flip dem, remove hook and release...

Tarpon was hard dis morning...1 for 6 on dem dis morning...not too much action around bcuz nobody say dey bite gd...headin back out in ah small timing for another try an mite try for ah paag....

Nice stuff proton, i just cut line close to hook with stingray. Some people like to use a wet cloth and hold the tails. You might gt with a pag, it have some big submarines around the second bocas, father went with some friends from chag and pull some set lines with some nice fish the other day.

Yea wat Ryan say bout unhooking dem is d way I does do it. It had birds working bait real close to shore but about a good walk away from me though, mostl likely was cavalli running mullet.

We were outside there today...caught one tarpok bout 100 and some lady fish...paag bite real slow...

we got about 3-4 paags within 3-5lbs
mostly white trout not sure whats the local name
occasional ancho or 2
i tried some live bait but couldnt hook up on ne thing, the line just got fairly tight by the time i pulled up bait got sliced in half not too sure what was that..and that happened atleast 3 times
could it have been cutlass or bechin?

after we went right off the dockyard and they blazed about 20 lane in less than 1hr and we came back

Heading mayaro from monday - wednesday... Anyone can guide me in the right direction?... Wanna do a little shore fishing but dont really know the spots that well... I know by the bridge is a common spot but there's alot of 'puff fish' there...

Walk with a net and get some live bait, you can fish any of the mangroves along the tributaries on the side by the bridges by radix, you'll pick up snook, snapper,small tarpon and BIG catfish lol. You can fish by the rocks in radix as well with some lures.

went out by the warf side....three of us filled a cooler with reds, carangras, rock salmon. we caught five huge rays. one of the rays we caught gave birth wen we pulled her in. three young ones :O

Went south chatham saturday. Caught some small snook on shrimp and pieces of catfish, caught a 7lb catfish and a huge ray on live rock salmon.
