:?: :?: ................ why are you trying to feed something that till has the yolk sac. Long story short, the purpose of this sac is to give it nutrients until its used up. Then you can start to feed it

Why people selling a fish at that stage in the first place to noob owners. Seems irresponsible by the seller in regards to the fish's well being.

I guess to make a quick buck to anyone who willing. Who knows, the petshop might of had before and now they might not survive so sell them before they die. He winning no matter what. Who knows, out of 10, 1 may survive the transport home and the water change. You as the individual may figure you can take care of it. I think its the luck of the draw

^ ^^you should do a lot off research before you buy fish ( or on a whole anything you're unfamiliar with).

Chais normally brings in fish wid much bigger sacks, however they are kept in the back until the sack is gorn den they are brought out for sale... Reason being only about 80% of the ones wid sacks survive...

Good morning guys. Anyone have some saltwater fish they want to part with ? I have a newly established 150gallon setup and looking to start stocking some fish soon. Already have two damsels helping with the cycling process.

Just thought i would share my experience. I had a 3ft planted tank and due to excess light it started growing hair algae (plants were growing very fast too). Coincidentally the same day i discovered this I bought 4 black mollies to put in the tank. The next day the algae was gone. The mollies seemed to like it. They also keep plant leaves and glass generally free of dust and debris.

Glad to hear the mollies liked the hair algae, my planted tank started to get some hair algae as well, threw in a pair of mollies and guess what they never ate the algae, love the fish food more and that is all they eat up till today.
