probably tones more out there......and they're all far better quality than I'm used to seeing from PNM.

:| Daran, did you even look at the links you posted? The ones from the MOE were, if not all, mostly developed under the PNM. Monitoring and Evaluation is probably the only one developed by the PPG. The last link is not even a policy document.

PNM's manifesto is more comprehensive...Kams's idea of 50% more manufacturing and more ICT services exports is good. but manufacturing in what? she needs to break that down...

Initially I was impressed by the size of Kamla's manifesto, until I scrolled through and realized that it was nothing more than a glorified picture book.
