UNITED National Congress (UNC) nominee Gopaul Boodan has been voted the new Mayor-elect of Chaguanas. At a meeting of the Chaguanas Borough Corporation this afternoon, Boodan received five votes, Ronald Heera (PNM) four votes, Indra Maharaj (ILP) two votes and there was one spoiled ballot Voting was by secret ballot.

How much bribe money you get for a spoilt ballot?

Or is it that someone had the winning Lotto numbers and he shade the circles wrong?

I not beating up fadda. UNC claims that after 4 defeats they wont repeat same the mistakes of the past yet here again, they start back with the nastiness. They are just digging their own grave while they making the PNM look exemplary.

I just catching kicks on that part. They as exemplary as the unc to the swing voters and undecideds
