The 2 state solution was always fake talk. A fictitious gold standard to levy repression

Oh, I forgot , the follow up accusation woudl be why am I not posting about rohinga and uighurs.

Rohinga, has not changed much since there is civil unrest by militias fighting the army. And there is less repression on the rohinga so far. Only that Bangladesh wants to evict the rohinga on their border back over. Unfortunate , but still better than under ang san su chi

Uighur... Same as last time. They are western backed terrorists . China is dealing with those in their jurisdiction . Some are in Syria forming the western backed new Syria authorities... Killing off the alowite.

India wants to pass laws to revoke muslim ownership of lands... Much like what Isreal is doing in west bank and occupied east Jerusalem. India has 100m Muslims and Shah rukh khan , they can deal with that.

The logic is, if I don't post about all , then my opinion about some is automatically false and invalid, thus should not mention any at all. That is the apparent criticism by those who either don't care or Islamophobes

If they are locating , identifying , and targeting the hamas, they will also be able to retrieve their prisoners by their claimed military means.

*we will keep bombing civilians till hamas releases their prisoners*

More like the French resistance... Palestinians are still in Palestine and still in gaza.

Feels like A weight lifted to see the open admission that 2 states was never a real goal for Israel and all those arrangements were false... Legitimizing Palestinian resistance.

Eh, seeing like there was video of the ambulance workers being assaulted and executed by the idf...

Well damn. To be fair:

1) no one asked them to be there. In an active military zone, you put yourself at risk.

2) having lights on would stop it from being a suicide attack?

All emergency movement is authorized by cogat, The idf department in charge of coordinating emergency efforts inside gaza.

They emergency workers need to call them, tell them what and where, they call them back and tell them if they can go, the route designated and how long of a window they have.
Cogat is responsible for informing idf in the area of emergency vehicle movement.

Who tell them to be there ? Isreal.

The Human Rights Council adopts two resolutions in favor of Palestine
Confirmed the illegitimacy of colonialism and the right of our people to report fate
GENEVA 4-4-2025 WAFA- The United Nations Human Rights Council, at the end of its 58th session, today, Friday, approved two resolutions adopted by the State of Palestine, affirming the illegality of the Israeli colonial in the Occupied Palestinian Land, including East Jerusalem, and the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to determine its fate.

The adoption of the resolutions came under Article VII of the Council, on the human rights situation in the occupied Palestinian land, where 34 countries voted in favor of the resolution "illegalization of settlement", while 10 abstained, and 3 against it.

As for the decision "The Palestinian people's right to report fate", 43 countries supported, two states objected, and two were abstained from voting.

The "illegalization of settlement" decision states that the Israeli colonization of the occupied Palestinian land, including East Jerusalem, and the Syrian occupied Golan, is illegal under international law, and poses a serious obstacle to achieving just peace and a two-state solution.

The decision demands an immediate and unconditional cessation of all colonial activities, the dismantling of existing colonies, the removal of the apartheid wall, the end of racial discrimination policies, and the forced evacuation of the Palestinians.

The decision also calls for Israel to recognize and adherence to the Fourth Geneva Agreement, especially Article 49, addresses the responsibility of countries and companies involved in supporting colonialism, advocating for the withdrawal of investments, the boycott of entities operating within colonies, and imposing penalties on colonizers involved in violations, including asset freezing and travel ban, it also stresses the need for accountability Violent by colonizers and brought to justice.

Regarding the decision “The Palestinian people’s right to report fate”, it reaffirms that the Palestinian people have a fixed and inalienable right to report their fate, including their right to reside in their independent state, to live in freedom, justice and dignity.

He stresses that the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian occupied land, including East Jerusalem, is illegal, and should end immediately, as its continuity and policies of integration and colonialism undermine the chances of a political solution.

The decision calls for the removal of all obstacles to the independence and sovereignty of the State of Palestine, and respect for the unity of the Palestinian land, and demands that Israel be held accountable for its policies that lead to the crumbling of the land and change of its population composition.

The decision emphasizes that supporting the Palestinian people's right to report fate, a responsibility that falls on all countries and international organizations.

In his speech to the Council, the Permanent Envoy of the State of Palestine to the United Nations Ambassador Ibrahim Khareshi, asserted that the adoption of the resolutions represented an important step towards establishing the principles of international law, which does not accept division or negotiation, especially in the wake of the illegal Israeli occupation's war of genocide against our Palestinian people, aimed at undermining its rights In the report of his fate, finishing his national case.

It is clear that the suffering of our people did not begin since the onset of the aggression on October 7, 2023 but are rooted back to the Belfour Promise, deepened by hurt and setback, and continued through decades of killing, displacement and systematic destruction.

He emphasized that respecting international law and its implementation is a collective responsibility, citing the attitudes of the countries that voted in favor of the resolutions, considering that the refusal of some countries reveals the inability of the international system to impose accountability and stop violations of international law and human rights.

Khareshi pointed out that the principle of Destiny Report is what enabled many peoples to be liberated from colonialism, and should be respected and applied comprehensively without selectiveness.

He expressed his astonishment at countries that support the right to determine fate, while preventing or opposing condemnation of colonialism, considering this is an outrageous contradiction, because colonialism at its core constitutes a direct assault on that right.

He reaffirmed that international law is the only way to guarantee the rights of the Palestinian people, demanding that the occupation-based force comply with the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice, implementation of its precautionary orders, hold Israel accountable for its crimes against humanity, and tackle the colonial system.

Khareshi warned of the dangerous policies posed by the extreme Israeli government, with plans of joining the West Bank, doubling the national authority, preventing the Palestinian construction, and considering the establishment of the Palestinian state a threat to the colonial project.

It addresses Israeli laws aimed at uniting 13 colonial districts separately, within the framework of the creepy enclosure scheme, resulting in more than 180 colonies, and 3,600 colonial bases representing a colonial structure based on expansion and migration.

He talks about the forced evacuation campaigns that lasted more than 50,000 Palestinians in the North Bank, the destruction of refugee camps such as Nour Shams, Tubas, Jenin and Tulkarm, and the repeated assaults on cities and villages, stating that these crimes aim to empty the land of its original inhabitants.

Ambassador Khareshi laments the brutality of the colonial attacks in Nablus and Bethlehem, calling for the international community to stop the colonizer mob under the protection of the Israeli occupation army.
