About 10-15 dollars for the small ones

I bought some last week.
Paid about 12 for each

it depends on size, dont buy any inside if you want nice colored ones though, outside in the cut tanks are the selected ones.i got some $75 dollar ones a while ago,and right now they have grown to like the $400 sized ones.

Wonder if I can keep one of those in a 300 gallon pond?

Its enough space to keep it, but the thing about Arowanas, is that they jump, sometimes straight out of the water, and land on the ground.

I have personal experience with this. I had one for around a year, in a 4ft tank, and it never jumped. One morning I woke up and found it next to the couch on the ground stiff and dead. It just so happened the one time it did decide to make a leap, it leapt straight out of the tank. My tank was almost completely covered, with space only on the sides, so I was very suprised of how he jumped out. He was about 18" long.

If your pond is really big though (not deep, as this is a top tank swimmer), and the aro has enough space to dash around especially when it gets around 2 ft long (these fells get long eh), maybe you'll have a chance. Rmtuner here has one in his pond, but his pond is around 1500 + gallons and it is spread out.

Just curious,......Whats the price these fish sell for when they are upwards of 12" & how long (approx) will they take to reach that size from if they are bought @ 3-4". I know regular feeding and space is the key for their growth.

Guys I'm migrating and have to part with my 5 beautiful discus fish.
These are top specimen.
I have one laying pair of which the male is very big, asking $ 2600 for the pair and I also have three adults;one imported high fin blue diamond, asking $1100 for him, one locally bred leopard eruption and one very red discus (can't remember the name) both bought as juveniles from Julian's discus so you know the quality good. Asking $500 each for those.

Contact 7554339 if interested. Please serious enquiries only
