King ya metabolism should still be very high eh, play a sport, run or go hiking, leave sups for old farts like sharky and jkr and dem fellas nuh.

Flax, raisins, bran and oats with whole wheat flour. Mek ya own bread, if you still must eat bread.

sleep does affect how u perform in gym?

Common believe is that your muscles repair and grow while you sleep. Plus without a good night's sleep, your energy levels will be low.

Now now now come in to ask how much sleep y'all get.

Last week I got 3.5-5.5 hrs/night during the work week. Feeling it this week.

Care to elaborate then? I changed my diet, cut my calorie intake by 500. Honestly, my stress levels have gone up for some time as well. Not losing weight as fast as I expected..........

Mud@$$ prewrkout have me fappin 1 o clock in d morn dese dayz... anybody dus prewrkout and train on evenings-night n end up fighting insomnia only to wake up feelin like crap d other day?...

thats the exact reason i dont use preworkouts. i already fighting an insomnia problem due to 15 years of shift work.

Not all of them are worth the risk eh,
Most increase the BP, if you doing cardio ya HR cud hit 170 normally, I'd say common sense will tell you your heart will be over worked with the pre.
A good sub for a pre is a strong cup of black coffee. I also read somewhere that prolonged usage makes you dependant on it, because it lowers your natural energy levels.

yep thats y i cycle off dem or just swap out a stim version for non stim but dem dayz when back and legs hadda get done, ya need them thing maan...specially after a hard day! pre wrkout and doing cardio/abs don't make sense either...

anybody ever tried supercharged no from labrada? hearing great things abt that 1!

try the new jack3d! it no that potent as the old one but won't leave u cracked out!

as 4 me, i been trying out the ANS Ritual/Dilate stack (on a promo on nutraplanet) and that sh1t hits the ceiling! veins popping up in places i never knew i had b4 but i does end up waking odd hrs all night :S so i switched out and i currently use hemavol- best non stim there is!
