got these chicken burgers moist as firetruck with the addition of genoa salami to the mix.
It was a huge hit. Wanna make some lamb burgers soon, gotta get minced lamb first.

did a roast duck in char broil turkey broiler/fryer
steamed it first to breakdown the fat skin so it would crisp

Nice... i have new replacement grills coming in for the infrared grill and got some nice cuts of beef marinating to throw on soon

I made some jerked red fish Monday night.
I mixed matouks jerk seasoning with hot n spick bar b q sauce n fresh seasoning. Rubbed the sauce on d fishes inside n out. Stuffed d belly wit tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions n pementos these were sprinkled with lemon juice. I also sprinkled some oregano n some evoo on d skin.
Wrapped in foil, oven at 325 n baked for 25 mins. Then opened the foil n baked for 5 more mins for colour.

I think $200-ish.

Excellent Stores carries a line of pre-seasoned cast iron cookware as well, but I didn't see any like this when I went. Maybe one closer to your location might have.

That price sounds good considering Amazon prices + s&h.

And yeah, I searched the thread and saw Excellent Stores was mentioned for cast iron skillets so I'll check them. Thanks again man.

Yeah the Lodge brand has great reviews for all their cookware on Amazon. Not sure if it would be feasible to skybox though because of weight. Will look around locally soon and post what I find.

yeah from what i've heard the prices not bad
i got a set as a wedding gift 3yrs ago and they are good quality, only resharpened once
