Anybody aware of the legality of hunting capybara. I'd say it's invasive but our laws kind chupid. Good night btw.

Ok found out today,it's listed as protected as per the law it seems. Until it becomes a pest by explosive numbers or harm to the environment. If it on yuh land though,its fair game.

Clearly wasn't cleaned right. Takes a lil technique to clean, & d right kind & amount ah seasoning to cook, & need to marinate before cooking. not everybody can clean & cook game bruh.

lime & flour water ain't where the cleaning process starts, it starts with the skinning process.
truth be told, the best way to ensure the best flavor of the meat starts with how it's killed, preferably death by a brain shot. Less trauma to the animal & the quicker it dies before the adrenal & hormone producing glands start pumping thru its system the better the meat will taste. this generally applies to most mammals. after that is to skin it, don't scrape the skin with hot water. & there's a layer of fat just below the skin, toss dat along wit d skin, those are the two main things that gives it a muddy & grassy taste.

I repeat, DO NOT SCRAPE THE SKIN WITH HOT WATER, that fat below will start to melt & stink up the meat.
