Well my order was delivered over 30 days ago which means normally i wouldnt get a full refund BUT Items shipped by Amazon.com between November 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, may be returned until January 31, 2013, for a full refund so i still have a window open...a really small one, but still open. Gonna get things rolling tonight n see what happens yes...

Smurf. Email amazon support. They are _really_ lenient and willing to help all situations. And if you bought it directly from them well better yet!
If you have family going up well even better! Explain to them the situation. I believe they'll make allowances etc. they're always quick to offer refunds too.

Plenty people rma from trinidad. All u have to do is organise the rma with the manufacturer and get your skybox to ship it to them.

I think u have to notify ur skybox that the card dey shipping back is a replacement so u don't get charged vat when it comes back in.

I never paid VAT on video cards...
