Allyuh skinnin teeth, but this conflict in Ukraine is going to get much worse. The Russian military has already shown that they have zero qualms with directing fire on civilians, residences and buildings occupied by non-combatants. That's a very clear indicator of how far they are willing to go and what they are willing to do ensure victory and take over the territory. Putin won't use nuclear weapons for various reasons, but I'm sure he's considered chemical weapons as an option, and I strongly suspect that they will deploy those chemical agents soon enough.

When that happens, all who saying that they don't want to take a position that will translate into them directly or indirectly engaging in the conflict and going against Russia will have a choice to make. Either pick a side and actively join in the conflict, or turn a blind eye. Fear of reprisals will cause many to turn that blind eye, including the US, France, Germany, Poland and others.

What's to stop other countries with their perceived grievances from waging war on smaller or weaker nations, when the entire world has seen the true cowardice of the so-called superpower nations and their failure to stop Russia from decimating Ukraine? Nothing.




This thing is going to escalate, and this lil mud hole will eventually become a casualty that will be thoroughly ignored.

Well said, I mentioned it earlier in the thread, the leaders of the old world must be turning in the Graves to see what the leaders now are allowing. What has war come to , sanctions, no more McDonald's or Facebook? Not saying war is needed however all these G submit meetings, UN meetings, associations what is the sense of having these if in a time of crisis everyone is turning a blind eye why to cover your own ass?

Iran claims missile barrage near US consulate in Iraq

BAGHDAD (AP) — Iran has claimed responsibility for a missile barrage that struck early Sunday near a sprawling U.S. consulate complex in the northern Iraqi city of Irbil, saying it was retaliation for an Israeli strike in Syria that killed two members of its Revolutionary Guard.

No injuries were reported in the attack, which marked a significant escalation between the U.S. and Iran. Hostility between the longtime foes has often played out in Iraq, whose government is allied with both countries.

Iran’s powerful Revolutionary Guard said on its website that it launched the attack against an Israeli “strategic center of conspiracy” in Irbil. It did not elaborate, but in a statement said Israel had itself been on the offensive, citing the recent strike that killed two Revolutionary Guards.

Earlier, a U.S. defense official and Iraqi security officials said the strike was launched from neighboring Iran.
