There's always a disclaimer that it takes 24 to 48 hours for the service to regularize. By me that means 1/4 gallon paint bucket per minute rate regular.

An outside firm must be hired for WASA to track leaks and thieves.

The 2nd release says areas with high elevation will get either low pressure or NO WATER? Iam in Cleaver Heights at a high elevation and did NOT get water as scheduled on Friday. And the schedule change during the week so none since last Saturday .

What does low water levels have to do with no water at high elevations if a pump is being used?

Problems again last night. We were supposed to receive but my 2 tanks only filled by about 6 inches. So no proper supply since Saturday before last which is 10 days. Luckily it's still at half but ppl who only have 1 tank probably empty now. but if this happens on the next scheduled day which is friday we would be empty by weekend.
