HE two men killed by police during a robbery in Cunupia on Sunday have been identified.
The bodies are those of Jonathan Williams, 24, of St Michael Road, St Augustine, and Alex Cagan, 23, of Sesame Street, Preysal.
Police said relatives came to Cunupia Police Station on Monday, seeking information about the men killed during the robbery. The relatives brought pictures of the men.
The relatives were expected to make a formal identification to police at the Forensic Science Centre, St James, where the autopsies were expected to be done yesterday.
Around 4.25 p.m. Sunday, four thieves stormed into First Rounds Liquor Mart, at Chin Chin Road.

Ok....I should have said how much 'more' bobol would occur.

Bobol would occur only if the hurdle seems insurmountable or open ended..as it is now..

Also we would need to have stiff penalties for the bobol uncovered....

So a simple properly run efficient and transparent system will obviate the need for bobol

So apply
1)Do your medicals..3 year re do
2)Have your psych exam...same 3 year
3)Get certified ...and re certified every year.
4)Get drug tested..and submit to random retesting
5)Get your bond..renewed annually...and possible to incorporate into home owners etc
6)Mandatory membership at a range....In fact I would say that the range can have a precept system and issue its own FUECs and have their own membership requirements.

Have all of this done private sector and then enforce the rules....

Any one caught fudging...on the testing side the INDIVIDUALS (doctors,Range Officers, etc)will be kicked out permanently and the Co sanctioned..say fined 1M

Competition will bring the price down...and make it stupid for a private citizen to pay to fudge it.

Within 1 year ...the system can be implemented and running...and we will have a bunch of educated serious private gun owners,new industry and a system that will regulate itself....
