It really bothers me to see powersellers offering "premium" services yet can't spell simple words properly, or using words out of context.

It bothers me too. Even the ones that get fired up by a bad comment from another user. Because your ad and your online persona represent your business, greater attention must be paid to detail and a calmer, more tactful manner of dealing with naysayers needs to be employed.

I suspect very highly that powersellers are using bump bots or having someone else just "bump" their threads daily.

Notice the same type of bumps daily, and they do not respond to pm's. Apparently you have to call them to ask them a question.

Are these people even serious?

Kudos to the ones that actually answer questions and give timely responses.

I had pm'd one some months ago, but the responses were so slow in coming, I just ordered it online instead. Got it by the time the last response came in, a month after I asked the question.
