How would my gains be if I'm doing mainly 10-12 sets of deadlifts or squats or benchpress, and following it up with minor exercises after?

Moderate. If you can do 10-12 comfortably, then you're not pushing yourself. Add weight to the point where 4-6 can be done with difficulty, then when you reach up to 10 reps, add more weight.

I'm not getting past 8 reps a set most times. I'm more lifting heavy, trying to build back some size and strength with training 6 days a week, if possible. But God I'm always hungry.

training 6 days a week without good sleep&rest does not mean you will see better growth than less days with good rest....

nothing is set in stone
you would know how your body works and if you are getting good quality rest to push 6 days a week
but the thought of going to the gym 6 days a well makes it boring and mentally exhausting

imo as well, that amt of sets is counter productive unless you doing like 1-3rep max sets

3 maybe 4 sets with a challenging weight works for me, once i can get 6 proper reps more weight goes on

You can train 6 days a week providing that you don't train the same body parts two days in a row, allowing adequate rest in between.

You should be eating healthy and fresh - Why Almond butter ? Cottage cheese is still cheese .

Just saying - Try some smoothies for breakfast - It easy and cheap to make . Banana, almond milk, wheat
germ, yogurt - etc.

What's wrong with cheese?

How are almond milk, wheat germ yoghurt healthy and fresh?

Almond butter actually has protein and good fats.

Be careful with water too.. that stuff is also hydrogenated. Deadly.

Butter and margarine are two different things.

Sounds like you don't even know what almond butter is.

Anyway... you go strong with your supremely carb heavy smoothies.

I never heard about "Almond Butter" so I would be happy to learn.

I guess it is very important to you . And cream cheese .
Tell us . We all are here to learn on this forum .

The smoothies I talk about is highly recommended for strength training.
It is NOT carb heavy. Soon I will post a couple recipes - you can be the Judge.

You've been talking about this for several posts as if you know, when you actually don't. You didn't even think to Google it before continuing.

That in mind, it makes no sense explaining it to you as you seem impervious to new knowledge and stand by what you think you know. Good luck with your diet and train hard.

Maybe you eating too much Cottage Cheese and it mix up with your Almond Bottom
and it has affected your mind and girly figure .

Continue with your breast development and show us some photos.

You just need to eat healthy and some protein shakes is the way to go.
Too much Whey and Creatine will damage your kidneys.

99% of these things are poison and not FDA approved - meaning you F%*&$ing yourself up.

ROFL

Is how some men peddling yogurt and bashing cottage cheese because they're so different. Men went so far as to quote a figure as to what FDA approved smh. Up to this point he still thinks almond butter is a dairy product. I suppose once it has the word "butter" or "cheese" on it means it's bad.
