Moderate. If you can do 10-12 comfortably, then you're not pushing yourself. Add weight to the point where 4-6 can be done with difficulty, then when you reach up to 10 reps, add more weight.

You should be eating healthy and fresh - Why Almond butter ? Cottage cheese is still cheese .
Just saying - Try some smoothies for breakfast - It easy and cheap to make . Banana, almond milk, wheat
germ, yogurt - etc.

Is how some men peddling yogurt and bashing cottage cheese because they're so different. Men went so far as to quote a figure as to what FDA approved smh. Up to this point he still thinks almond butter is a dairy product. I suppose once it has the word "butter" or "cheese" on it means it's bad.
