Next time sure! only now logging onto the web since monday morning. didn't fish monday night as the water had endless tree's and branches. Tuesday set the heavy lines 500+ ft from shore and let them soak with a mixture of squid along with some fresh mullet. Lost 3 wire lead hooks and a 12 oz weight to one strike. then got afew other decent hits but no hook ups at all. salt. Wednesday was recovery so no lines were set unfortunately. I didn't notice the normal amount of 4 eye fish / mud skippers, water might have just been too dirty.

Later in the month I will be back down there for a few days.

This real bad, a bad way to start the new year. Cocorite fishermen reporting oil too, if that is the case then the oil spill affecting the entire Gulf and no longer confined to La Brea etc.

Well dat oil spill coming to the north is real bad news. Well is shore fishing on the east then, on a better note around february the small baby mullet does start to show up in manzan surf and from then straight till june so it does have cavalli in manzan.....

Does anyone know the process for obtaining approval of a boat trailer.
The boat trailer will be used with a 10 or 12ft. boat which I am thinking about purchasing this year.

Also does any tuners have experience with inflatable boats containing a “high pressure air floor” or "hard floor e.g. aluminum "

p.s. Found some info on the law with respect to trailers at http://rgd.legalaffairs.gov.tt/Laws2/Al ... /48.50.pdf

u have to get approval for them things? last two boats my uncle had the trailers were built by us. we never had any sort of legalities or anything like that. the only thing we did was install lights(brake, indicator) at the back and we made sure we had a proper on tow sign with the plate number of the vehicle towing.never had trouble with the law. this was a 21ft boat too.
