Windies really shocked me there. Yunno they does have to make an effort to lose.

Good job Gayle and on speaking out as well.

Too bad that once a game starts to get longer than 20 overs WI starts to become more and more inept.

dont understand how west indies can make 200+ in 20 overs containing 6 overs of powerplay,

while they struggle to make 200 in 50 overs, with 20 overs of powerplay.

^ because two men were the cause of that.

when they don't fire, the team doesn't make enough runs.

Not enough discipline in first class intent and active decision making during batting. Instead they get lazy, and make rash, loose shots at the worst possible time. Remember what greats like lara, viv and chanders just to name a few(all of w.i bats were in it at one time). They were occupied and constantly playing first class cricket in their respective english county teams where you are forced to cope with the fundamentals and getting it right.

Yeah, interested in seeing how that wc squad of ours can cope. That is if they use that lineup.

That time, it was viv blasting the bowlers. And the three horsemen of death hammering the batsmen lol.

WI going to go to the WC with little confidence. SA looks good for a 5-0 sweep.

Given the group at the WC that WI are in I can see them realistically aiming/taking 4th spot
SA, India and Pakistan to take the top 3 and WI for 4th only to get knock out in the 1st quarterfinal where group B 4th place takes on Group A winners.

Our bowling is weak to say the least , no Roach , no Rampee , pacemen not getting it done . Taylor is not back to his best and sure pick Holder is not a threat

Roach and Narine will be back for WC
SA look like they could take the cup this yr
SA vs Aus once they don't meet before the final.
