What to do if somehow you cannot Sign In to 3NE 2NR...

Ched started on this Topic since the stated instructions on the site caused some users to enter into some problems and complications without resolution.

Therefore, as suggestions are posted... problems encountered will be followed.
Hopefully this would clear up these issues and help tuners in the future who might be unsure and/or who have experienced the same.
It will also prevent tuners from creating endless accounts every time they are "locked out" and can't get back in.

So.... can members shed some light on this..

What is the first step that a registered member should take if he cannot get through to sign in to 3NE 2NR?

Note: we not talkin about members who are banned, since a clear message will inform the user that he is in fact, banned.

I can't sign in via tapatalk and the mobile app.

Says too many log in attempts

Same here but only on my phone.

Works fine on my tab and PC.

Signs in fine on chrome on the phone though

Here is my solution that worked.
1- Get on a pc browser (it does not work on mobile browser)
2- Log on multiple times /spam with an incorrect password (force captcha to pop up)
3- on phone go to app settings ->clear cache->clear data and uninstall the tuner app
4- Log on to tuner with your correct password + fill out captcha
5- re download the tuner app and login.

btw not sure but how does one differentiate the powersellers from others on the mobile app .. may need to report a user but not sure if they have powerseller status for commercial sales unless i remember their names :\ or im i missing something?

^ the type of data shouldn't matter - we are working on a fix since it seems to be related to user sessions

we have been trying to get the groups to show the colour in the app i.e. red for powersellers, green for moderators etc, however that is proving to be very difficult since the API we use does not yet carry that simple feature

it is a planned feature though

TriniTuner app problems

Android device. Samsung s4

Since I installed the app I've been getting problems to post images, everything I try it says I need to be logged in or contact administrator. (I was logged in all the time because I could make posts and reply)

Now I can't even log into tuner. It says that I have exceeded my amount of log in attempt. And asks to type a captcha phrase which I can't even see.

Help.

this is a known bug with the current version and it has been fixed in the new version soon to be released.

Opening the sent messages tab bring up a false "banned" message -

please ignore it

Temporary fix for the pic upload, upload the pic before you enter your text

Hope it helps, works on Z10.

Does not work with digi data plan.
