It permanent and stable, you know how much ppl join police, fire , air guard, prisons et al with wierd qualifications not because they want to but for the job security

Government still hiring people? I thought they close off everything because they have no money to pay salary.
Even teaching service get lockdown..but Universities still producing teaching graduates for what reason exactly?
