Haters will always hate , it din't even cost me $350K USD with pool and amenities and not much to fix, it was only the roof and air condition system, my mortgage with vehicle and home insurance is below $1000 USD, i thank the almighty everyday for this change in my life , i still love my home sweet T&T but i'm way settled now and its fact i made way for my daughter so she can do collage here , she wants to be a pediatric nurse .

Trinidad is 100% into capitalism .

There are ONLY a FEW that are on the dependency syndrome .

The HDC build houses on NEED and who else to build those houses but private enterprise.
