any scary real life stories have you experienced or heard of?

That's a common experience of people from civilization who go in the deep bush/jungle/forest. Auditory hallucinations which send people mad. Your brain needs a lot of time to adapt to the constant sounds noises and life and fear of the deep bush, like a native who lived there all his life. A good but fictional account of this is written in Black Midas by Jan Carew in the deep Amazon in Guyana. I have read accounts of soldiers in Vietnam on patrol in the deep jungle getting the same type of "jungle fever." It's scary madness.

i was browsing through some mugshots and this guy, i dunno who he is strikes a similar resemblance to the guy who was harassing me :shock:

I was gambling and I win $7000 and then got in an accident after which I was grabbed by some Spanish speaking men and carried into the forest in Penal and had to clean guns and then I went in a boat and was taken to Venezuela and they picked up a woman who they then threw into the sea because I heard a splash then I was brought back into the forest where they kept me blindfolded till they dropped me off in Penal rock road it was a real scary life story that I experienced but the scariest part is when the police lock me up and started questioning me until I told them the truth.
