Average price of land is around 300/sq ft there are areas that are more and some that are less. Kaydonna is part of the realspring development of valsayn. The property has been unused for a long while now and prior to this there was always talks of high rise condos being built however they cannot go above 4 floors and there is a max height limitation for this area.

If anyone is seriously interested in the ownership and changing of hands of the property i suggest doing a search in the red house on the deed. Spend yuh money and pay for it. If my memory serves me correct the land is still leasehold and not freehold so value would be a but less and it would make sense to sell to government if they were interested in buying it back. Any smart land investor will do research into future development of the area prior to purchasing to see if the value would increase.

If I had enough equity I would invest into areas liable to be upgraded as well.

Only thing is that it wont be as profitable as it used to. Previously under acquisitions, the interest accrued per year by the owner at the expense of the govt was 9%, so the value would double after ~8 years if he was not paid yet.

They went to parliament and changed that % to 5, thereby increasing that time taken to double value to 14 years.
