Savage attack by school bully: 9yr old boy's arm broken

Time to take matters into our own hands.
Just this morning a business owner and I was talking, is best we arm ourselves and take our chances.
Imagine police and cid afraid to go to work because things bad. A cid officer was telling me that this morning over breakfast. Second time I hear him say that.

I was a teacher before my present job. What usually happens is that the bully's parents are bullys themselves. Now this gonna sound racial but it is predominant in african homes. I taught at high risk schools, laventille maloney mt hope . I couldn't take d mentality , i got fed up. Principals are scared to report because they fear parents.

Was the bully Indian or black? I need to know this in order to channel my outrage (or lack thereof) appropriately.

No to school bullying and Anthony Garcia needs to stop grand charging and take action.

Bully will probably end up jail in later life or taken out while the youth will go on in life successful.
