As a frequent flyer to Florida it's quite hit and miss with respect to the service and crowd you'd get at FLL and MIA. There were times I flew into FLL and waited over 2 hours to get to customs and there were times I took 3 at MIA. In contrast, later that same year I spent no less than 35 mins at either airport. My personal preference has always been MIA because of it's size, convenience and ease of connecting flights.

Went to NYC with them last December with the family. I'd have to admit that they do that the stuff to keep the kids occupied on a long ass flight. Added to that their in flight service isn't too bad and their rewards program far exceeds AA and CAL. Based on these factors I'd fly with them again at any time. Also, JFK is one of their main (if not THE) hub. Moving through there for a JetBlue flight is super easy.
