are there any bbq smoker enthusiasts here ?
I have had a weber smoker since 2003
but only know of a couple other people who competently know how to do this kind of stuff

good slow cooked smoked food blows away the burnt carbonized stuff passing
for bbq

Used to make and sell hickory smoked meats a while back. Smoked pork ribs, chicken etc... Used to sell to a few hi-lo's as well. Used to do it or Christmas time permitting with walk in smokehouse etc...
The BBQ pigtail in Valencia does pull a real crowd. Not sure how it does taste now. When they had initially opened they used to do a good bbq. Right now they suck, still pulls the crowd but not as good imo. To make it worse they just takin the pigtail straight from the brine bucket and put it on the grill, not very good for your digestive system.
One of the better bbq is by Daryl past UWI doubles as if u headin to RBTT on the main road right next to the shoes repair place by the panyard.

Price IS great.

I think best value for money... BBQ, wedges, green salad, garlic bread and macaroni salad. You really win there for $28.

It was even more a steal a little while ago when it was $25. But as they explain to me, they have to cut down on something to make the price in reach, which I agree to. And even after that, your belly still full.

Sometimes, though, the chicken is little bit. I rather go there later in the night.

"Central BBQ".
