I won't lie, vortex was haulin arse, after they made the first lap and was heading to the 1st boca, that thing was moving.

I'm guessing Paramount was DQ or DNF as well for some reason.

Paramount broke engine mouth bolts on both engines, but the boys said the boat felt great before they stopped.. Vortex did well for their first GR, but with the distance Monster put on them (1 mile) even if they didn't break the exhaust & other things, I doubt they was catching Monster..

For big water, nothing catching Monster! All those new state of the art hauls have broken tunnel tabs and stress cracks, but apart from losing 3 bolts on one of the suspension seats, Monster is in great shape after GR..

Due to being a badass, I knew we were going to win so I printed 2015 champions jerseys one time. As soon as Monster pulled into Scarbrough, everybody had on their 2015 stuff..

pretty down to earth guys on the Monster team - walked up to them at the last meguair's show at the stadium and the engineers/owners were happy to talk through the power plants / experiences...
